As the Owner and Founder, Oluwafemi Adeniyi John provides the strategic direction and professional expertise that guide the company’s success. With a solid academic foundation in Architecture and years of hands-on industry experience, he leads every project with precision, innovation, and integrity. His ability to combine modern design skills with practical construction knowledge ensures that the organisation consistently delivers outstanding, functional, and cost-effective building solutions. His leadership continues to inspire a culture of quality, trust, and timely delivery across all projects.

At the core of our organisation is strong leadership driven by experience, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Oluwafemi Adeniyi John is a seasoned building and design professional with a solid academic background and hands-on industry experience. He holds a Higher National Diploma from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (FPA) and a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Joseph Ayo Babalola University.

He previously served with Oxford Commercial Services Int’l Ltd, where he gained extensive exposure to project execution, client relations, and modern construction standards. His technical expertise spans AutoCAD, Revit, architectural rendering, and contemporary construction supervision.
